Mr. Mark Goodge is currently the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Director of Design and Development Services for the Tri-Service Infrastructure Management Program Office (TIMPO), Joint Medical Information Systems (JMIS) Office, TRICARE Management Activity, Office of the Military Health System (MHS) Chief Information Officer (CIO), Assistant Secretary of Defense Health Affairs (ASD/HA). Mr. Goodge serves as an authority on engineering and technology matters for TIMPO and is responsible for managing all program modeling, simulation, performance analysis, development and testing activities in support of Military Health System (MHS) centrally managed systems. Mr. Goodge is responsible for the development, documentation, and maintenance of technical computing and communications infrastructure implementation (C&CI) architecture, and design-to guidelines as well as assesses TIMPO’s technical designs for readiness to perform that is consistent with required cost, schedule and performance levels.
Prior to joining TIMPO, Mr. Goodge provided engineering expertise at Bethesda first as the Chief Information Officer at National Naval Dental Center then promoted to Chief Technology Officer at National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) Bethesda. He was responsible for the integration, planning, budget, security, and manning requirements of systems integration and interoperability for the health care enclave. NNMC Bethesda health care enclave supported all four branches of the U.S. armed forces, spanning 5,000 network users across 5,000 miles in five states. Mr. Goodge served as a Navy Hospital Corpsman for 10 years prior to transitioning to government civilian employment.
